Terms and Conditions

OBJECT
1.1
These terms and conditions govern the contract of purchase of the service, service for the processing of data on-line, and sale of the video-course package (hereinafter referred to as “product”) concluded between Pakindia Patente and the end user.

PURCHASE
2.1
The product is sold exclusively by Pakindia Patente.
2.2
The product is valid for 140 days after purchase (including weekdays and holidays), and then the account will be deactivated.
2.3
The product is available only online and not in CD or book format.
2.4
The purchase is made by the user’s choice of the product available on the request form.
2.5
The purchase confirmation is automatic. After the purchase is sent to the user a page confirming the purchase.
2.6
The contract is perfected at the time of payment of a purchased product.
2.7
This course prepares only for the theoretical examination of the patente B.
2.8
These general terms and conditions of purchase are deemed to be accepted upon payment of the consideration by the customer.
2.9
The issuance of the invoice by Pakindia Patente will be made only after payment of the consideration by the customer, it will constitute an integral part of the purchase agreement, refine the acceptance by the customer of these conditions General purchase and the date of issue will be considered as the start date for the use of the product purchased.
2.10
The acceptance of this document will also constitute for the customer the certificate of guarantee on the purchase.
2.11
The buyer shall transmit identity card and tax code to Pakindia Patente for registration on the site www.pakindiapatente.com

PRICE
3.1
All product prices, if not specified, shall be deemed to be net of IVA.
3.2
All prices do not include expenses for the payment of the purchased product.
3.3
All prices are valid only in the Italian territory.
3.4
All prices may be subject to revision without notice.
3.5
In Case of price revision, if the product has already been paid, the price remains blocked.

REFUND
4.1
The course fees is not refundable.

PRODUCT FULFILLMENT
5.1
The product purchased will be dispensed only for payment.
5.2
Access to the product purchased will be online on the site www.pakindiapatente.com
5.3
Pakindia Patente undertakes to supply the product to the end user within 3 working days.
5.4
Pakindia Patente reserves the right to evade the product in the face of payment in a single solution.
5.5
The activation to the product will take place only after the confirmation of the payment by Pakindia Patente and however not more than 3 working days from the date of receipt of the payment.
5.6
The payment receipt and invoice will be forwarded via WhatsApp or Email.
5.7
The use of the product is reserved exclusively to the registered customer.
The customer will not be able to give the product free to third parties, otherwise pakindia Patente reserves the right to cancel the account and the denial of the refund.

PRODUCT CONDITIONS
6.1
You can only access your account from single device (PC, tablet, or phone). There is the possibility to change the device by turning off the previous.
6.2
The user will not be able to continue with the lessons without having finished the vision.
6.3
The user will not be able to continue with the chapters without first having done the test at the end of each chapter.
6.4
The vision of the product is divided into two parts.
After completing the vision of Part 1, the user will have to perform a test and only with the positive result will be established the conclusion of Part 1 and you can continue with the vision of Part 2.
After completing the vision of Part 2, the user will have to carry out a test and only with the positive result will the end of Part 2 be established.

PAYMENTS
7.1
Payments may only be made in advance form through:

• Bank transfer
• Postepay
• Visa cards
• Master card through the PayPal portal
• Money transfer

SERVICE
8.1
Pakindia Patente declines all responsibility for the case in which the customer cannot derive from the appropriate satisfying product.
8.2
The user can suspend his/her account for the maximum duration of 30 days and for a maximum of 2 times.
To suspend and reactivate your account you must contact Pakindia Patente.

AREA OF VALIDITY OF THE CONTRACT
9.1
This agreement will only be valid in the Italian territory.

JURISDICTION
10.1
Any dispute between the parties relating to the interpretation, application, execution, default or termination of this Agreement or in any manner arising out of this agreement which cannot be amicably resolved, The Forum of Brescia will be exclusively competent.
To the senses and the effects of art. 1341-1342 C.C., the following paragraphs are expressly accepted:
